And those mistakes? They’ve been some of my greatest teachers. I’ve learned how to spot the real problems hiding beneath surface-level symptoms, implement solutions that stick, and lead teams to rally around a clear, shared vision.
I’ve also worn hats outside the business world: as a Division I soccer coach, where I learned the importance of motivating a team; as a radio talk show host, where I honed my ability to listen and adapt; and as a board member, where I helped guide organizations toward sustainable growth.
